This week I'm spending my time in Los Osos, CA teaching a Digital Fine Art Nudes class. Today we looked at many example images, discussed a few general concepts and did a lot of light painting. Above and below are two of the images I created today. The image above is lit with only a flashlight, while the image below was lit was a green glowstick that was suspended from a string. Our model "Sam" was a great sport since we had her flinging around Christmas tree lights and holding still for quite some time while she had no idea what the end results would bare.

Where is Ben? I've missed your blog entries tremendously. I check your site twice daily just in the hopes of catching your latest adventures and teachings. I hope you are safe, well, and will write again. You are missed.

I'm fine... the company the hosts this blog TypePad.com has changed something where my new posts are not showing up. I need to make some changes behind the scenes to get it to work again. I should get around to that sometime this week.
FYI: I'm in San Francisco and will be here until the end of the month.

Technical issues happen, so glad you are safe and new content is coming in the future. :-)

It looks like you can see my newer entry if you click the Where Is Ben logo at the top of the page... but the comments link for that post sends me to a broken link, so don't try that.
I've been holding off on making new posts until I get this blog fixed.
