If you have a spare Canon D30, D60, 1D, Digital Rebel or Nikon D100 collecting dust in your closet, then why not send it out to be converted to capture infrared images. I've experimented with one of these converted cameras and am planning on adding one to my camera bag in the near future.

What is currently in your camera bag? How much do you actually carry with you?

I travel with a Canon 20D and the following lenses:
100mm macro
17-40mm
28-135mm
100-400mm
Lensbaby
I also carry neutral density filters and a polarizer (sp?).
All that fits in my briefcase, so I have it everytime I travel.
I want to sell my old 10D and buy a D60 converted to IR, but I haven't gotten around to it. I have enough space in my briefcase for that body and I'm thinking of adding a few flashes.

Ben
I would like to have a D60 converted into a IR only camera. Who would you suggest to do the conversion. Many people that sent their cameras to irguy.com have not received their cameras back.

I heard a good site that does conversions and its called http://www.lifepixel.com/ and not only they offer them but in many cases they show you how to do it yourself
